• A fenestrated clip with an extra bladed designed especially for the treatment of aneurysm that have not been completely occluded by a clip or coil (“dog ear” aneurysm).
• Allows for precise reconstruction of the vessel wall.
• 3.5mm or 5.0mm fenestrations allow for clipping over already applied clips.
• Available in titanium.

• Reinforcing clip that can be used to increase the closing force of Yasargil Standard clips.
• Not intended to be used as a stand-alone clip.
